Mountain cheese, ripened in a rock-cut cellar. The loafs are stored during 2 months in the old fortress of Naters. This is where they develop their wholesome aroma. Moist climate and mineralised air make it a delicacy. With its charming aroma, this is the Walker-Aletsch-collection’s sociable cheese.
