Aletsch Carnotzet

Mountain cheese matured in the rock cellar. The cheese is stored for 2 months in the old military fortress of Naters. There they develop their wholesome aroma. The humid climate and mineralised air make it a delicacy. With its own charming aroma, it is the sociable cheese of the Walker-Aletsch collection.
