Aletsch Walgusto mountain cheese is made from fine Valais mountain milk. Wholesome and tangy, it is reminiscent of the genuine flavours of an enjoyable meal in an alpine hut.

Racy and wildly delicate on the palate, it is not afraid to be the rustic star of an aperitif platter. Rustic and noble, it combines with traditional rye bread.
