Alpstein Rahm Bergkäse
The unique mountain range, known far and wide across the country for its striking number of caves, crevices, and sinkholes, gives our cheese its name. The wintery Alpstein mountains, covered in a white, velvety blanket, reflect the unique character of this cheese with its
slightly buttery, creamy, delicate flavor. The milk used to make this semi-hard cheese comes exclusively from the mountainous region of Appenzellerland. This regional product is certified with the Culinarium label.
