Alte Fritz is made with fresh Toggenburg milk according to an ancient recipe. It is lovingly cared for and refined with a special brine for over six months. This creates an exceptional cheese speciality with a unique, spicy flavour and a hearty, fine consistency. Alte Fritz was awarded the gold medal at the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest.
