Moser Bio Block Brie

A pure pleasure. Even rectangular, it still tastes rounded, this white mould soft cheese made from Swiss organic milk. Young, mild and soft, it is a pure pleasure, matured, creamy and full-bodied as well. It goes wonderfully with Gschwellten on weekdays and crusty brown bread on Sundays, with a pear with aroma, with a glass of Pinot Gris – or vice versa.
