As well-behaved as the white fur of Moser Bio Brie is, the character it covers is multi-layered. If you have a slightly larger piece cut off for you at the cheese showcase, you will enjoy a youthfully soft and mild treat in the evening, and a mature creamy and full-bodied treat days or weeks later. Best with tree nuts and a dry Riesling x Silvaner.
