You can tell at first sight: This cheese has pepper. The white surface of short mould turf is sprinkled with chnoblip pepper, with herbs, with black and pink peppercorns. What’s on it is in it: a refined blend of Alpine chilli from the Bernese Oberland, made by hand, hidden in the middle of the cheese made from organic whole milk. Adds spice to the Gschwellti.
