Its velvety texture is complemented by an earthy, slightly tart flavor, enveloped in a fine layer of white noble mold – soft, balanced, and authentic. Ideal for appetizers, cheese platters, or as a creamy treat with fresh bread. Also particularly delicious with salads or as the finale to a meal.
