Our milk and cheese production, carried out in line with the strict guidelines issued by BIO SUISSE, offers guaranteed safety and quality. Once made, the cheese is carefully looked after by hand during 4-5 months and the wonderful flavour is allowed to develop in the damp climate of our cellar. A cheese that awakens all the senses.
