Bleu de Fribourg

A typical blue cheese with elegant and very characteristic taste, appreciated by connoisseurs. The texture is pleasantly soft and the aroma is reminiscent of undergrowth and mushrooms. This is one of the rare blue cheeses made from cow’s milk, which is still produced in Switzerland.
