Chäs-Fritz
With good, fresh milk, a lot of craftsmanship and years of experience we produce in our small family business the Chäs-Fritz, an excellent hard cheese. This cheese matures for about half a year in our cheese cellar with patience and peace combined with careful care by hand and our own brawn. With its pure spicy aroma, this first-class cheese is very well suited to a glass of strong red wine or for the kitchen.
