Fondue du Valais is the first fresh Valais fondue to be certified with the Valais/Wallis brand and Raclette du Valais AOP. Like Fondue Aletsch, Fondue du Valais is made from 100% Valais cheese from the Walker mountain cheese dairy. The mixture owes its very own spiciness and unique creaminess to the high proportion of 30% Raclette du Valais AOP. This exquisite cheese blend is complemented with the finest Fendant. Together with bread or potatoes, the Fondue du Valais invites you to a convivial get-together.
