One minute corresponds to approximately 130g of the strong watchmaker with its buttery dough and harmonious taste. In the picturesque Jura region, known for its unspoiled nature and watchmaking artistry, “L’Horloger” matures for 180 days in the cellar of the Spielhofer cheese dairy.
