Eberle’s cheese chips nature are made of 100% pure Swiss cheese. Baked brittle, spicy with typical cheese flavour. Gluten and lactose-free.

The baked cheese gives the product a unique flavour, similar to the cheese baked into the bottom of a fondue pan. The handmade production proves to be laborious, and the baked cheese loses all its water content. These are two reasons why this aperitif has its price, but makes it all the more unique.
