Our herb mountain cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from rich mountain farm milk. After maturing for around three months, a wonderful harmony develops between the delicate mountain cheese and the piquant herb mixture. Its spicy flavor makes herb mountain cheese a real treat in both hot and cold dishes. It not only unfolds its full aroma in savory dishes, but also offers a welcome change on a cold cheese platter.
