Moser Schweizer Brie

Moser’s Swiss Brie is a reliable character. Soft and mild in its youth, then creamy and full-bodied with a little more maturity. It is the Swiss Brie from the Seeländer cheese vat with the Seeländer milk, without which something crucial is missing in the fridge. It goes perfectly with, for example, walnuts or fresh Ruchbrot or a dry Riesling&Silvaner.
