Ostschweizer Organic Cheese is produced in the Berghof cheese dairy in Ganterschwil using organic milk from the surrounding area in line with Bio Suisse guidelines. This cheese is noted for its wonderfully tangy aroma, the regular, small holes and the soft, buttery texture. This is the medium-ripe cheese from the Berghof cheese dairy.
