Raclette du Valais AOP is a Raclette cheese which has internalised the Valais, its tradition and its terroir. Unobtrusively mild in the nose, harmonically spicy on the palate, this delicacy from Valais stands for respectful contact with nature. Its naturally brown-red rind tells tales of mountain farmers delivering superb raw milk according to a strict FSD. This untreated milk gives the Valais raw milk Raclette cheese its silky relish.
