Raclette du Valais AOP 

Raclette du Valais AOP is a raclette cheese that has internalised the Valais, its tradition and its terroir. Unobtrusively mild on the nose, harmoniously spicy on the palate, this delicacy from the Valais stands for a respectful approach to nature. Its naturally brown-red rind tells of the mountain farmers who, following a strict set of duties, supply first-class raw milk. This untreated milk gives the Valais raw milk raclette cheese its smooth flavour.
