Schaf-Raclette

We use fresh hay milk from the Toggenburg region to make this unique raclette. Until the cheese is ready to enjoy, it is salted and cared for by hand in our cellars.
Its exceptional, special aroma is therefore something for every cheese lover and brings variety to every raclette party.
Due to the slightly different composition of the milk compared to cow’s milk, the sheep raclette is easier to digest and healthier!
