St. Galler Rahmkäse
St. Gallen cream cheese is produced by a multi-award-winning master cheesemaker in his own cheese dairy using a tried-and-tested recipe in a copper vat. Loving and careful attention gives the cheese its fine texture and impressive creamy and particularly pleasant mild flavour. The dairy farmers are known personally, and thanks to the lush meadows in the region, the milk has a particularly pure taste.
