Tête de Moine AOC

The Tête de Moine AOC, Fromage de Bellelay, is registered as a trademarked designation of origin: the milk must come from the region of origin and the cheese must be traditionally created and ripened there. The name stems from former friary Bellelay, located in the Swiss Jura.
