Just between you and me: The Moser Mini Truffle is a spoiled only child. This has been the case since its launch in 2012, when it won the Swiss Cheese Award. The delicate white mould cheese is handmade, ennobled with a fine filling of black truffle and mascarpone. In other words: 50 grams of Sunday.
