Marronilino
This fine cream cheese is created traditionally in the Schaukäserei Kloster Engelberg, using fresh mountain milk. Mildly aromatic and with a white mold rind. The wonderful Marroni-fresh cheese-filling is mixed by hand in the Käsekonditorei Eberle and carefully slathered.
