Schwarzes Schaf

Schwarzes Schaf is a semi-hard sheep cheese. This delicacy is made exclusively from natural ingredients, namely silo-free milk from Toggenburg, rennet, cheese dairy cultures, salt and wine yeast. It is creamy with a pale yellow dough and a variable perforation. Until it reaches its spicy aroma, it is affinated approx. 3-4 months in our cellar with a wine yeast from the region.
