Erguel Jura
Mature and full of character, growing stronger with age. Round truckle made from fresh, untreated milk. Fine, smooth texture. Ideal as an aperitif with a glass of Bielersee white wine or for dessert with a hearty red wine. Truckles have the name “Erguel” written on the rind.
