Just between us: The Moser Premium Truffle is a pampered only child. And has been since it won the Swiss Cheese Award at its launch in 2012. The delicate white mould cheese is shaped by hand, ennobled with a fine filling of black truffle and mascarpone, perfectly matured and dressed in poplar wood. In other words: 150 grams Sunday.
