Mini-Brie gefüllt

The Eberle cheese confectionery refines a traditional mini Brie made especially for us with cream cheese and various delicious variations such as grilled vegetables, pumpkin, salmon, garlic, herbs or wild herbs, truffles, chives, walnuts, chestnuts, wild garlic or chilli. The creamy cream cheese filling is mixed according to a carefully guarded recipe and spread into the Brie with a professionally safe hand. This mini brie is a taste treat and becomes even softer and creamier by briefly chambrating. The small 150g portions are also ideal for a single household.

Brie gefüllt

Fine creamy Swiss Brie without core refined with fine to tasty cream cheese filling. The very fine-cut and creamy Swiss Brie is filled with flavoured cream cheese in our manufactory with professionally safe hand movements. This fine speciality goes well with various occasions, be it with bread or with Geschwellti to round off any cheese platter. – Simply a delight. The variety of flavours expands to up to 30 flavours, ranging from spicy, sharp to sweet fillings.

Füüreabe

Our Füüreabechäs is the perfect cheese for any aperitif. As a piece of indulgence, infused with chilli, it goes perfectly with a glass of white wine.

Salato

The counterpart to Greek feta – but made from 100% pure organic sheep’s milk. It gives every salad that certain touch.

Raclette Natur

The sheep’s raclette is perfect for bringing a wholesome change to the table during a cosy meal. Natural or with Swiss Alpine herbs, the cheese is a treat for the palate.

Pecorino
